We can prepare the returned damaged product for re-use by cleaning, relabelling, repackaging, washing and many other services. Once the product is ready to all your standards, we will add it to your inventory.

The customer fills out the returns form and sends the item back to our warehouse in Lithuania, Germany, or the UK. We inspect the returned goods and put them back into stock.

Returns are processed within 1–2 working days of receipt.
